Jessie is a perfect dress, loose fitting bodice, ¾ length balloon sleeves gathered into an elastic cuff. Full skirt to mid calf length with side pockets. There is a back neck fabric rouleau loop and button to secure.
Slightly oversized cut for a loose fit on a size 10 but more fitted on a 12
